What is PasswordShortlist?

PasswordShortlist is a comparison site for password managersthat answers to no vendor. It exists to get you to a sound decision quickly: managers are weighed on price, on security and quality, and on how they hold up in daily use, with a direct link to each provider's official site.

The way we work

• A manager earns its place through security and usefulness, never through the size of its commission.
• Prices and features are verified against the providers' own pages and refreshed on a regular basis; what you pay often depends on the plan and the number of people on it.
• Ratings are editorial and weigh the free plan, price, features, and ease of use.
• The guidance is general and is meant to point you in the right direction, not to decide for you.

How the site is paid for

PasswordShortlist is one of the Shortlist comparison sites, an initiative of Orai Media, a company in the Netherlands that publishes independent comparison and advice sites. Work on the site continues: fresher data and better comparisons are added over time.
